At Chaney's Natural, your scheduled appointments are very important to our dedicated team of professionals. We hold your appointment just for you and ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, you please provide us with at least a 24-hour notice. This way, our team will be able to adjust their schedules accordingly and so that we may be able to accommodate other clients on our wait list. We do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency, etc. However, all last-minute cancellations (less than 24-hours' notice) will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and if you do not show for your appointment (No-Show), you will be charged the full value of their session.
We accept all major credit cards, check and cash for your convenience. All fees must be paid at the time service.
We always prefer CASH/CHECK to reduce the processing fees accessed to the business with credit card payments.
We do currently accept SpaFinder and SpaWish gift cards but will no longer accept them after March 31st, 2024. These gift cards come with very high processing fees that are accessed to the business. Our small business can lose up to 22% on each transaction. So, as a result, we are leaving these programs to preserve the integrity of the services that we offer. We apologize for any inconvenience.
