Payment Policy

Chaney's Natural requires that a credit card be placed on file for each client to schedule services. We do not bill this card to make the reservation. However, we do reserve the right to charge 50% of any services that are not canceled within 24 hours, and we reserve the right to charge 100% of any scheduled service that you do not show up for.

We accept all major credit cards, check and cash for your convenience. All fees must be paid at the time of service.

We always prefer CASH/CHECK to reduce the processing fees accessed to the business with credit card payments.

We no longer accept SpaFinder or SpaWish gift cards. These gift cards come with very high processing fees that are accessed to the business. Our small business can lose up to 22% on each transaction. So, as a result, we are leaving these programs to preserve the integrity of the services that we offer. We apologize for any inconvenience.
