Infrared Sauna | Sauna helps to remove toxins through deep penetrating heat and perspiration. You will likely feel more relaxed and rested after you're done. The heat may help relieve sore muscles and improve your overall health and well-being. If the high temperatures of a traditional steam sauna are too much, an infrared sauna session may be the right treatment for you. | 25
Ionic Foot Bath | A foot soak that uses water charged with positive and negative ions - electrolytes - to help pull toxins from your body from your feet via an exchange process between the positive and negative ions in your body. Unlike other massage businesses, we charge for the time spent with you as opposed to the type of service provided. As a good business practice, we also spend a full 60 minutes per session as opposed to many others who only spend 50 minutes for an hour session.
We offer a variety of massage therapy techniques, and each therapist has a different strength and touch profile. We encourage you to try multiple therapists and review what they offer. Your therapist will always ask about your concern for the day, and they will customize your session to meet those needs.*
