Cancellation Policy
At Chaney’s Natural, we value your time and ours. When you book an appointment, that time is reserved just for you, and our team plans their day around it.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to adjust our schedule and offer your spot to another client on our waitlist.
We understand that life happens and emergencies can’t always be avoided. We’ll always do our best to work with you in those situations. However:
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- No-shows will be charged the full value of the scheduled session.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us serve all our clients as smoothly as possible.
Gift Cards/Payment Policy
We accept all major credit cards, check and cash for your convenience. All fees must be paid at the time service.
We always prefer CASH/CHECK to reduce the processing fees accessed to the business with credit card payments.
We do not currently accept SpaFinder and SpaWish gift cards. These gift cards come with very high processing fees that are accessed to the business. Our small business can lose up to 22% on each transaction. So, as a result, we have left these programs to preserve the integrity of the services that we offer. We apologize for any inconvenience.
