· Place left hand on wall level with shoulder

· Rotate elbow inwards without moving hand

· Repeat on right side

· Grasp right wrist and gently pull across the body at waist level

· Repeat on other side

· Grasp right arm just above the elbow

· Keeping arm straight, pull arm across the body at chest level

· Repeat on other side

· Grasp towel at top and bottom with hands

· Gently walk hands towards center of towel

· Repeat stretch reversing hands
